Dispatch Notification & Tracking 

An email notification will be sent, including the tracking number once your order is shipped.  Your products may be shipped separately, without additional costs. If this occurs, we will notify you of the additional tracking number.  

Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping details at the checkout process.  Should the delivery company be unable to deliver due to an incorrect address and the products are returned, you will be liable for the return shipping costs.  If a refund is requested instead of reshipping the products, there will be a 20% restocking fee.

Processing time

Please allow  3 – 5 business days for your order to be processed & dispatched. 

Shipping Time

Our shoes are shipped directly from our supplier’s international warehouse and shipping will take approximately 15 – 45 days depending on your location once your order has been processed. 

While we would like to have full control over the logistics companies, unfortunately, we don’t.  Time frames are estimates only; LaGela Shoes has no control or holds no liability in any delay caused by the logistics companies.

The customer will be responsible for any additional customs, duties and any other taxes that may apply by local authorities. These charges will be in addition to any price already paid at the time of placing your order.
